Mark Felt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lignum Wealth Management. A lifelong resident of Waltham, Massachusetts, Mark was born and raised in the same neighborhood where he and his wife, Kelly, are now raising their children, Livia and Bobby, along with their golden retriever, Griffey. Deeply rooted in his community, Mark brings a genuine sense of trust, relationships, and personal accountability to every client he serves.

His connection to the Boston area runs deep, which naturally makes him a passionate fan of its sports teams. From opening day at Fenway to Celtics tip-offs and Patriots playoff runs, Mark is all in. One of his fondest memories is attending the clinching Game 7 of the 2004 ALCS at Yankee Stadium as the Red Sox defeated their longtime rivals. That same love for baseball led him to coach the Waltham Little League Youth Baseball Reds for nine seasons. During that time, he also served on the league’s Board of Directors as Director of Local Sponsorships, helping secure funding for new equipment, field improvements, and financial assistance for families.

Mark’s commitment to service extends well beyond the ball field. In memory of his late brother, Bobby, a Waltham firefighter, he spearheaded the creation of the Tillerman Foundation. Through the foundation, Mark leads fundraising efforts and helps distribute financial assistance to first responders injured or killed in the line of duty, while also awarding annual college scholarships to Waltham High School seniors. To date, the foundation has awarded more than $100,000 in scholarship support.
When not working or volunteering, Mark enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar, staying active in the gym, and spending weekends at the family home in York, Maine. An avid golfer, he is also one of the fortunate few to have recorded two hole-in-ones.

Mark graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002 and began his career at Ameriprise Financial Services. After 11 years helping clients with investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning strategies, he founded Lignum Wealth Management. Today, he brings the same dedication, experience, and personal approach that define his life into his work — helping clients pursue their financial goals while building the confidence and peace of mind that comes with a well-managed financial future.
